- You have shipped something real — a product, a feature, a tool, a study, a business — and can talk about how it actually worked.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity. Nobody is going to hand you a ticket.
- You take the craft seriously. The work has your name on it.
- You can talk to a customer without being weird about it.
